Double Deck Blackjack is a very popular version of Blackjack. While our standard Blackjack games use 6 decks of cards and are dealt from a dealing device called a "shoe", Double Deck Blackjack uses two decks and is dealt from the hand. The basic rules of play are the same as our standard Blackjack games, with the following exceptions: - The dealer must hit soft 17 and stand on hard 17 or greater. - Players may split any pair, including Aces, up to three times for a total of four hands. Split Aces receive only one card. - Players may not double down after a split.
