Promotion Rules High Hand & Cash Drawing Rules The following rules are in place to ensure our patrons an enjoyable and fun environment. The casino reserves the right to supplement these rules as necessary and appropriate.
High Hand 1. The promotion will be held on the second Friday of each month. 2. The promotion will begin at 2:00 P.M. and end at 10:00 P.M. 3. Customers must be playing in a live Poker game to participate. 4. Beginning on the hour of the start time of the promotion, the highest (Poker value) hand and corresponding customer name will be prominently displayed in the Poker room. 5. As the hour progresses, the high hand and customer name will be updated as necessary, leaving the current highest hand of the hour posted at all times. 6. Poker room personnel will also record a chronological list of each high hand each hour. 7. When the hour is up, as announced by a Poker room representative, the prize amount will be awarded to the customer with the highest recorded hand of the hour. 8. In all cases, prizes will be awarded in gaming chips. 9. The winner must be playing on a live table or have chips in play when the high hand for the hour is determined. 10. If the winner is not playing, as determined by a Poker Room Supervisor, the prize will be awarded to the next highest hand of the hour as recorded on the chronological list until such time as a winner is determined. 11. If the winner was previously on a live table that broke during the hour, this winner qualifies for the high hand if they are on a waiting list for a live table. 12. If the winner is not on the waiting list, as determined by a Poker room Supervisor, the prize will be awarded to the next highest hand of the hour as recorded on the chronological list until such time as a winner is determined. 13. If a winner cannot be determined, the prize amount will be added to the next hours' prize amount. 14. In the event of a tie, the prize funds will be evenly divided and distributed. Cash Drawing 1. The poker room will give out random drawings each hour on the half-hour. 2. As the customers are seated at the live games, a Poker Room Representative will complete a form with the customer's name and patron number to be used for the random drawings. 3. A Poker Room Representative will randomly draw a winners name from the completed forms. 4. The winner must be seated on a live table or have chips in play during the time of the drawing. 5. If the customer is not seated on a live table or does not have chips in play at the time of the drawing, the Poker Room Representative will draw another name until a winner is determined. 6. A poker room representative will announce the winner of the cash drawing and post the customer's name in the poker room. 7. In all cases, prizes will be awarded in gaming chips.
High hand & Cash Drawing 1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age. 2. No employee of the Tribal Gaming Commission, nor any member of the immediate family living in the household of any employee of the Tribal Gaming Commission, is eligible to participate in this promotion. 3. Management reserves the right to continue or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.
