You still have a shot at being a ROX Star. The contestant that has the highest score from the semifinals that did not advance to the finals will become the Judge's Choice. The contestant name for the Judge's Choice will be announced following the semifinal on Friday, November 21. The name of the Judge's Choice will be posted here on Monday, November 24. *Public Wild Card will be drawn each Friday night of the semifinals. See official rules for details on how to qualify.
*Registration for Public Wild Card will be at ROX from 7pm-8pm each semi final night.

Cypress Bayou Casino and Shorty's, Regent Broadcasting and KATC TV 3 will host a talent search contest (vocalist only). There will be three days of auditions and seven days of competition with the final competition on December 5, 2008.
First Place Winner - $5,000 CASH, Shorty's Leather Jacket & $1,250 Cypress Plus
Second Place - $2,500 CASH, Shorty's Leather Jacket & $1,000 Cypress Plus
Third Place - $1,000 CASH, Shorty's Leather Jacket & $750 Cypress Plus

Schedule of Events
Pre-register between August 13  & August 28 to guarantee an audition. Registration forms will be accepted at "The Club" Booths in Cypress Bayou Casino and Shorty's. When submitting registration entrants must show a valid ID and join "The Club"
Free admission to ROX from 7pm - 10pm
Auditions:

Friday, September 5, 2008 7pm to 10pm in ROX
Friday, September 12, 2008 from 7pm to 10pm in ROX
Friday, September 19, 2008 from 7pm to 10pm in ROX

*If someone DOES NOT pre-register, the first 30 people who register between 7pm - 8pm on audition nights will be given an audition.
*Free Admission for all audience members from 7pm - 10pm
