The Club Card Official Rules Membership is free. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate and valid government-issued photo identification for proof of age required to obtain The Club Card. The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the person listed on the account. Members are required to present valid photo identification bearing the same name as on their Club Card when redeeming member benefits at The Club booth. Complimentary services are extended to The Club members at the discretion of management. - There are three tiers in The Club. The tiers are based on Tier Credits accumulated in 12 months of current play. One Tier Credit = $1 in gaming spend (slots and table games). The different Tiers are as follows:
Black Card - 50,001 to infinity Tier Credits
Gold Card - 5001 - to 50000 Tier Credits
Red Card - 1 - 5000 Tier Credits - It is against The Club policy for a member to accrue slot points or be recognized for table games play by distributing his or her card to other players.
- Any misuse of The Club Card to redeem slot points, comps or other member benefits will result in forfeiture of all Club Card member benefits.
- Club Card credits are valid as long as at least one (1) gaming related visit has occurred within the last fourteen (14) months. If no gaming related visit has occurred within this fourteen-month period, the entire Club Card account balance will expire. A gaming related visit is considered table games or slot play with The Club Card.
- Members are responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) for their account and for keeping it secure. Members are responsible for all transactions on their account authorized with their confidential PIN.
- Members are required to present valid photo identification bearing the same name as on their Club Card when requesting that their confidential PIN be reset or changed.
- The Club Card is non-transferable, the property of Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's and must be returned upon request of Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's.
- Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
- Club Card credits can be earned and redeemed only at Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's Casino.
- It is the responsibility of the player to ensure his/her Club Card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots.
- All Club Card earnings are subject to review and verification.
- Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of The Club Card.
- Club Card earnings are non-transferable including death and divorce.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this program lie solely with Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's management whose decisions are final.
- Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned or redeemed.
- Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner inclusive of the Rules and misuse of the The Club Card.
- Individuals who are excluded from the casino facilities are not eligible to participated in The Club Card program during the period of their exclusion. This shall be the case whether the exclusion is the result of a government order, at the request of the individual or an authorized representative of that individual, or at the sole discretion of the Cypress Bayou Casino/Shorty's.
- By participating in this program, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
