Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana RV Park
Rules & Regulations FAMILIARIZE YOURSELVES WITH OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS AS THEY ARE INTENDED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL GUESTS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR GOAL IS TO EXCEED ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS. - Reservations - Please call 1-800-284-4386 24 hours a day. Guests without reservations will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
- Registration - All guests must register by calling 1-800-284-4386 upon arrival.
- Check-in 2pm - 9pm
- Check-out 12pm. If you wish to extend your stay for a period of time longer than originally scheduled, you must advise management by noon two days prior to the expiration of your rental period. Otherwise, your space will be reserved to another guest. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Cancellations - Reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged, otherwise there will be the standard one night minimum. NO refunds will be issued in the event that it becomes necessary for any guest to depart prior to the expiration of their paid rental.
- Validation Card - Must be visible at all times.
- Pets - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets must not be left unattended. While dogs and other pets are welcome, they are not allowed to run loose in the park. Owners are financially and legally responsible for any damage done by their pets.
- Trash - Garbage cans have been provided for your convenience so please use them. NO garbage will be tolerated lying outside of your site at any time.
- Quiet - Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 6:00am. No persons in the park shall behave in a noisy or disorderly manner or engage in any activity that might reasonably be expected to disturb the peace and enjoyment of others.
- Dump Stations - Please make sure all waste is properly disposed of and has not leaked on the ground around the dump station.
- Minors - Minors must have an adult of legal age accepting responsibility for their behavior. An adult must accompany children under the age of 13 at all times. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. While we welcome families and children, we cannot take responsibility for their safety or security.
- Alcohol/Drugs - Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. The selling, possession or consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited.
- Other -No discharge of firearms will be allowed
No soliciting of any kind
No BB guns, air rifles or slingshots are allowed
No washing of vehicles or RV's
No Open Fires
No Tents or sleeping on the ground
No Oil changes or vehicle repair work
All prices/rates are subject to change without prior notice.
You are liable for any damages. Anyone caught deliberately destroying campground property is
expected to pay for the damage and will be asked to leave without a refund.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
While visiting our park, you are responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations. Owners and/or management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating any of the park rules. Should this happen, no refunds will be issued. Non-compliance or nuisance problems will result in your being asked to leave the park any person asked to leave the premises will be rendered a trespasser and reported to the appropriate authorities. Management reserves the right to modify, amend or change any rule or regulation at any time without prior notice. An effort has been made to anticipate and cover most situations; however interpretation of the rules and/or decisions not covered by the above information will be made by the owners/management of The Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana RV Park. All guests and their visitors of the RV Park assume all risks associated with entering this park, including, but not limited to, your person, your animals and your vehicles. Guests and their visitors agree that The Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana RV Park, its owners and management shall not be liable for any injury, including death, to any person caused by any use of the park or arising from any accident or fire or casualty thereon, or from any other cause whatsoever. Guests and their visitors further agree that The Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana RV Park, its owners and management shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, jewelry, personal effects, currency, equipment, property or to any occupants or visitors of any ages while at our park for any reason, including, but not limited to loss due to fire, theft, utility failure, improper connections or failure to unhook water during freezing conditions or any acts of nature. Guests and their visitors agree to hold The Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana RV Park, its owners and management harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees, court and other costs) associated with the above.
