$300,000 ALL CASH OCT/NOV 2006
From Monday November 13, through Saturday November 18, and from Monday November 20, through Saturday November 25, there will be 12 cash drawings each day. The total awarded will be $300,000 over 12 days.
- There will be 2 - $5,000 cash winners, 6 - $2,000 cash winners, 2 - $1,000 cash winners, and 2 - $500 cash winners for a total of $25,000 daily.
- Existing Club Cypress members may receive up to 4 entries per day beginning Sunday, November 12 through Friday, November 17, and from Sunday, November 19 through Friday, November 24 by presenting their Club Cypress card at Club Cypress in Cypress Bayou Casino. A day is defined as from 6am Sunday until 5:59am Monday. (24 hours)
- New Club Cypress members may receive 4 entries upon enrollment beginning Sunday, November 12 @ 6am through Saturday, November 18 @ 5:59am and from Sunday, November 19 @ 6am through Saturday, November 25 @ 5:59am.
- Entry forms are only good for the next day’s drawing. EX: The entry forms accepted on Sunday, November 12 will only be eligible for the drawing on Monday, November 13. The old entry forms will be emptied each day after each drawing and new entry forms will be accepted for the next day’s drawing beginning at 6am.
- The old entry forms will be put in dated bags and will be secured in Pam Kripitz’s office until the conclusion of the drawings. Access to the dated bags shall be limited to Pam Kripitz and Security.
- The last day to qualify for entry forms will be Friday, October 20, for the final drawing on Saturday, October 21.
- The Club Cypress Boca printer will generate the entry forms.
- Each entry form for each day’s drawing will be printed with a unique coupon serial number.
- Entry forms for each day’s drawing will be kept in a drum in the Club Cypress Booth under constant camera surveillance.
- The key to the drum in the Club Cypress Booth will be held in Security and a second key will also be locked in Promotion Manager's office.
- The video from surveillance on the drum will be kept for 30 days after the drawing.
- Entry forms for the prize drawings will be accepted from 6am until 5:59am, beginning Sunday, November 12 through Saturday, November 18, and from Sunday, November 19 through Saturday, November 25.
- The prizewinners will be determined by random selection of an entry form by 8:30am Monday, November 13 through Saturday, November 18; and by 8:30am Monday, November 20 through Saturday, November 25.
- A Security Officer will draw the winning entry forms and there will be a Compliance Officer present.
- An authorized casino representative will contact the winner by phone or certified mail. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the casino retains the discretion to re-schedule for another drawing.
- When a winning entry is drawn, that entry form will not be eligible for subsequent drawings.
- The first 2 entry forms drawn will be for $5,000 cash; the next 6 entry forms drawn will be for $2,000 cash; the next 2 entry forms drawn will be for $1,000 cash; and the last 2 entry forms drawn will be for $500 cash.
- Entry forms have no cash value and are non-transferable. Facsimiles or copies of entry forms are not acceptable.
- Only the person whose name appears on the entry form may claim the prize.
- If the entry forms cannot be printed on the Boca printer there will be a backup entry form. The entry form will be identical to the entry form produced by the Boca printer except a Club Cypress employee will handwrite the customer’s name and account number. The backup entry forms will be separately sequentially numbered. When the Boca printer is later available for printing, the Club Cypress employee will go into any customer’s account who has received a backup entry form, print out the Boca entry forms for those customers, and then void the backup entry forms to ensure that customers do not get more than their designated number of entry forms per day.
- The Club Cypress employee will not issue a handwritten entry form without obtaining the customer’s name, account number, and birthday to verify their information. This information will be logged into a Microsoft Excel program along with the entry form numbers given to that customer.
- All necessary legal documents must be signed within thirty days of the winning drawing.
- All winners will go to the Club Cypress Booth to verify they are a winner and will be escorted to the Cage by a Promotions Supervisor to sign their paperwork at the Cage. All prizes must be picked up within 30 days of their name being drawn.
- All winners will be required to provide a valid picture ID and complete a 1099 and a W-9 form prior to receiving the prize. The prizewinners are responsible for paying all applicable local, state, and federal taxes.
- Management reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
- Participants must be at least 21 years of age and a valid Club Cypress member.
- Any disputes associated with this promotion will be resolved in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in Chapter Nine of the Chitimacha Gaming Commission Class III Regulations.
- Employees of Cypress Bayou Casino or temporary employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- By participating in this promotion, participants voluntarily and irrevocably provide the Cypress Bayou Casino the absolute right and permission to publish their pictures and announce their information for publicity purposes.
- No employee of the Tribal Gaming Commission, nor any member of the immediate family living in the household of any employee of the Tribal Gaming Commission, is eligible to participate in this promotion.
